Our vacant property inspections are a great way of monitoring your vacant property, which can be part of your insurance requirements. Our inspectors will check your property at a frequency determined by you or your insurers. Our inspections include perimeter checks and building exterior checks for damage/graffiti forced entry. They will then enter the building to check for signs of water leaks, fire risks etc. Meter readings will also be taken along with photographs and a full report completed and emailed to you.
